Meet Kris Glaubitz, Owner of IFR-TX

Leveraging twenty years of his leadership background in luxury hospitality, project management, and building and renovating his own residences, Kris is now the owner of Independence Flooring and Renovations, LLC. IFR-TX. During his tenure in hospitality management he was involved in capital projects in various size and scale from multi-million dollar master site projects to more specific projects on the clubhouses and golf courses. He worked alongside general contractors, MEP contractors, project managers, structural and golf course architects, interior designers and the Members/Owners of the property. The sub-contractors selected by IFR-TX are professional, experienced, skilled and have been referred by reputable contractors.

Continuing education, lifelong learning are personal values for Kris. He strives to excel in his professions by applying on the job and foundational knowledge. Recently, Kris became a Certified Sales Advisor by the National Wood Flooring Association.

Kris is also the owner of Independence Realty Texas, LLC and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas. He views your project and property holistically and strives to help you meet your family’s life cycle. Are you wanting to make improvements to your home in preparation to sell, did you just buy a home and want to renovate it to turn it from a house to your home, or are you looking to make it an investment property for future generations. Kris can also work as your buyers agent or listing agent.

Kris is a proud Member of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce and enjoys networking with other professionals and Dallas businesses to help make our communities stronger.

When not working with his clients, Kris enjoys spending time with his wife and twin daughters. He also enjoys CrossFit, golf, traveling, trying new restaurants, and outdoor activities.
